| New York, NY (January 17, 2006) – Union Avenue Entertainment, Inc., a New York based independent record label, announced the completion of two (2) major partnering agreements, with Ioda Alliance, and digital music leader iTunes. This upstart indy powerhouse then wasted no time hitting the streets with their new partners and took the industry by storm this week, releasing five (5) simultaneous projects, the Brandy Li album “Nothin To Lose" , Te’rell “Love, Truth, and Audiotape”, Action “Lights, Camera, Action”, Sinatra “Torn”, and Redshirt feat. Jon Bryan “What I’m Told”. All five projects have been released through the Union Avenue Entertainment partnership with Ioda Alliance, and are immediately available through the Union Avenue Entertainment online store www.union-ave-ent.com . All projects will also be available through the recently completed partnering agreement with iTunes music store. Te’rell “Love, Truth, and Audiotape” is the first release currently available on iTunes. Brandy Li’s album is also available through Emusic.com. The remaining projects, including Brandy Li, will be rolled into the iTunes partnering agreement sometime during the first quarter. The Brandy Li video is the first visual component to the Union Ave label offering. It’s available for download and viewing at www.union-ave-ent.com , and will be available on the iTunes music store shortly.
